Here at Coulson Family Homes, we realise that there are clients out there who have a strong desire to custom-design their own home from scratch. This can be very self-satisfying, knowing that you played a major part in the process of implementing the ideas and designs for your own home.

We fully encourage people to explore this option, giving you the great feeling that your new home is uniquely yours and a one-off design. We will work with your ideas to produce a set of conceptual plans; with these we can bounce around ideas towards coming up with your ideal home to suit you and your family's needs.

We are also happy to build a home for you from plans you have already had draughted elsewhere.
